About Deji / the person behind the work

I build from the way people actually work.

I’m Ayodeji Whesu—Deji for short. I’m a product builder, founder, and healthcare transformation leader working across the United States and Nigeria. I bring the same attention to a clinical workflow, a customer order, and the team responsible for making it all work.

Where it connects

From healthcare implementations to products people use.

My healthcare career has put me alongside clinical, operational, and IT teams through system changes, training, go-lives, and the work that follows. It has taught me to look closely at how a decision on a screen affects someone’s day.

That perspective carries into Synctech Innovations and my work with businesses. I translate needs such as managing LPG deliveries, fulfilling grocery orders, or supporting customers into products and connected workflows.

Building across the U.S. and Nigeria also means paying attention to local realities. EzWebRise serves U.S. businesses through ongoing digital partnerships. WebRise Nigeria gives Nigerian businesses a path to websites and apps through fixed Naira payments and ownership after final payment.
