Enterprise healthcare / a practice built over a decade
Across Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, and MHS GENESIS, my roles have spanned clinical workflows, implementation planning, training, go-live support, and stabilization. These are the experiences that shape how I approach every product I build.
Clinical care, registration, patient accounting, lab, radiology, and pharmacy all place different demands on a shared system. My implementation and training work connects those workflows to configuration, learning materials, and user readiness.

At the Veterans Health Administration, I led Lean and Agile redesign, implementation planning, and change adoption across specialty-unit operations. At MedSys, I coordinate build, testing, training, and readiness with clinical and IT stakeholders.
