The business context
The work behind the product.
A plant operator, a smaller LPG vendor, and a business preparing an invoice have different daily needs. I created the EZGas product family around those distinct workflows, with a shared view of customers, stock movement, billing, and transaction records.

EZGas Plant OS, EZGas Lite, and EZBill have distinct purposes across plant operations, lightweight vendor workflows, and business documents. I defined those product boundaries around the people doing the work.

I mapped customers, cylinders, dispatch, billing, payments, and reconciliation across the family, giving the products a common operating direction.
Design the next layer from the operational record.
I documented privacy rules and the Syntherium movement contract around customer, transaction, and custody data, establishing the architecture for the ecosystem’s next release.
